Victoria has been a successful instructor for almost two decades.
Coming from a family who was raised in the aquatics and recreational field, it was easy to find herself with the same passion for the pool. In the year 2000 at the age of 15 she obtained her lifeguarding certification, the following year in 2001 she invested fake richard mille rm 069 in preparing herself to be an educator where she would learn how to teach such important life skills to help her community. Victoria has worked for multiple municipalities where she has had the opportunity to mold their future staff into stellar rescue personnel. In the year 2007, Rescue Ladies was created and since then she has become a leader in the aquatics training industry by designing different training techniques for individuals, organizations and teams. Victoria has a passion for helping individuals learn how to succeed in the aquatics field by providing high quality courses, assistance in job placement and entrepreneurship training. Victoria has traveled to the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Haiti, and Colombia to teach American Red Cross courses so that private entities could begin setting higher standards in these countries for their local communities. With a strong track record of 30% off with code certifying over 1500 students, she provides her students with expert advise, professionalism, responsiveness and peace of mind.
Kenneth Soler

Kenneth Soler is a certified Parks and Recreation Professional, has over 24 years of operational experience in the Aquatics industry, a former competitive swimmer he started his aquatics career in Aquatics as a pool lifeguard, he later worked as a beach lifeguard for the State of Florida beach patrol. Afterwards he worked for the City of Hialeah and opened Bucky Dent Water Park in replications celine 1997 and McDonald Water Park in 2001. Over the years Mr. Soler, developed a Nationally recognized Aquatic program. Mr. Soler currently works for the City of Hialeah Parks and Recreation Department as the Aquatics Director and as an Aquatic Safety Consultant for Aquatic Risk Management Group. Mr. Soler is a Certified Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor and Aquatic Facility Operator Instructor.
